Ive been living in Spring Garden Terrace for two months now and this is my first experience having my own apartment The leasing agent Haley I think was her name was very helpful in setting up a viewing and answering any questions I had about the building or leasing process The response time to my one maintenance request by Martin was great within an hour I 2022-10-12T13:32:17Z
Ive been living in Spring Garden Terrace for two months now and this is my first experience having my own apartment The leasing agent Haley I think was her name was very helpful in setting up a viewing and answering any questions I had about the building or leasing process The response time to my one maintenance request by Martin was great within an hour I think the pricing for this neighbourhood is fair 1100 utilities for a studio isn't bad plus units and building are nicely updated No pests have made it here so far which as a firsttime downtown resident is reassuring Garbage disposal is easy and common areas are clean Pool and outdoor green spaces are nice touches too My only complaints are that noise from construction can begin at 9am which can be an issue if you work late hours like me sometimes after midnight Also theres occasionally cigarette smoke coming from the apartment across the hall because someone doesnt take their cigarettes outside Despite these two minor annoyances Spring Garden Terrace has been overall a very desirable place to live EDIT Having lived here for 6 months take into consideration that there are some unfriendly tenants who will get upset if you have music playing at 930pm on Saturdays more ... hide ...

I have been a tenant of the property management group for quite some time and it is an absolute joke Since March of this year I have had an outstanding maintenance request due to my two year old son not having a working smoke alarm in his room for 8 months Additionally the closet doors in my bathroom were on back order and I was supposed to receive them 48 weeks after moving in that was 11 months ago The lobby coffee machines fire pit and grills outside are no longer functioning as they should and never get repaired Furthermore the doors do not lock properly and when they do key fobs don't work correctly which has caused me to be locked out multiple times homeless people even find their way into the amenities room As a woman with a child living here it is not safe whatsoever Money orders for rent are never picked up from the drop box which leads to late fees accumulating yet they refuse to back date payments when necessary Thankfully I am leaving this place shortly but would advice everyone else to stay away what could be such a wonderful place has been ruined by Middletown taking over its management To top it all off even the elevator does not meet safety standards as it constantly breaks down furthermore it is never clean nor are stairs free from stains on carpets or bad odors As precautionary measure I have kept detailed records of everything as well as pictures and audio recordings just in case something arises again more ... hide ...

A lot of issues have come up in the complex from broken items to lack of cleanliness The office staff Brenda and Brea are professional and courteous when I spoke about apartment problems most were fixed and the others are being handled Some take time to resolve for example water issues This is an older complex so its difficult to do all repairs and maintenan 2022-09-08T05:02:16Z
A lot of issues have come up in the complex from broken items to lack of cleanliness The office staff Brenda and Brea are professional and courteous when I spoke about apartment problems most were fixed and the others are being handled Some take time to resolve for example water issues This is an older complex so its difficult to do all repairs and maintenance quicklypatience is key Renovations are happening but will be great when theyre finished I wouldnt have signed if I knew my lease would end in 12 months because Id have to move out or relocate within the complex its hard as a single mom with young kids and expensive to move elsewhere They were polite but unsympathetic when I expressed my opinion on this topic so another option would be best until renovations are doneit may even be worth the rent increase then To hear from current tenants regarding remodeling before making that decision in 9 months would help me out too assuming my post doesnt get me blackballed Before Ascend took over maintenance did keep grounds clean but with construction going on theres a lot more garbage nowmore trash cans around common areas could help people want to pick up after themselves Dog poop is also an issuemaybe taking pictures of those who don't pick it up sending them to management can help In addition theres nails wood pieces scattered around parking lots grass which has caused 2 more ... hide ...
