2023-01-26T03:30:03ZI can only speak from my own positive experience with Southwest, and I have nothing but great remarks to share. Renting two of their properties, the property managers were friendly and accommodating to any issues that had arisen. Given the current real estate market, I found the prices to be fair. The leasing agent Melanie Moore was also helpful in relocating tenants if they needed it. My current suite in a heritage house is stunning and they do an excellent job preserving it. Although I'm leaving town now, when I return I wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again.
