I lived in this revolting building and it was a tremendous mistake Cockroaches and bedbugs were rampant on the second floor I had to discard loads of furniture due to the cockroaches The hallways were covered in black mold however rather than addressing the issue they just painted over it The building reeked of cigarettes and mold while rainwater leaked from 2022-10-24T17:02:19Z

The apartment in question is one of the pricier ones in the area and is advertised as being quiet however this doesnt seem to be true Our upstairs neighbor has been blasting music TV and other loud noises with no response from management The walls and floors are too thin to keep noise out so don't let that be a deciding factor when moving in It also took two 2022-10-24T17:32:17Z
The apartment in question is one of the pricier ones in the area and is advertised as being quiet however this doesnt seem to be true Our upstairs neighbor has been blasting music TV and other loud noises with no response from management The walls and floors are too thin to keep noise out so don't let that be a deciding factor when moving in It also took two months to fix the radiator heating system which requires crawling on the floor and using a makeshift wrench so if you can handle those issues then it might be worth it for you personally but I wouldnt say it is worth the money overall more ... hide ...
