I lived in this revolting building and it was a tremendous mistake. Cockroaches and bedbugs were rampant on the second floor. I had to discard loads of furniture due to the cockroaches. The hallways were covered in black mold, however rather than addressing the issue, they just painted over it. The building reeked of cigarettes and mold while rainwater leaked from the ceilings. Avoid Avenue living at all costs as their management is unprofessional and there have been ongoing issues since day one. After seven months I had enough; I complained about the cockroaches more than once but all that was done was putting bait down in my unit which did nothing to help matters - they were still everywhere until I moved out.
