The apartment in question is one of the pricier ones in the area, and is advertised as being "quiet", however this doesn't seem to be true. Our upstairs neighbor has been blasting music, TV and other loud noises with no response from management. The walls and floors are too thin to keep noise out, so don't let that be a deciding factor when moving in. It also took two months to fix the radiator heating system (which requires crawling on the floor and using a makeshift wrench) so if you can handle those issues then it might be worth it for you personally; but I wouldn't say it is worth the money overall.
