Im attempting to be as polite as possiblethe rent for a newly renovated or not is outrageous Sure you get lake views maybe and its close by but the amount of construction that occurs every month is maddening I couldnt even enjoy my balcony during peak summer months and didnt have access to storage for half a year If you live above a new suite don't expect to 2022-10-06T16:32:17Z
Im attempting to be as polite as possiblethe rent for a newly renovated or not is outrageous Sure you get lake views maybe and its close by but the amount of construction that occurs every month is maddening I couldnt even enjoy my balcony during peak summer months and didnt have access to storage for half a year If you live above a new suite don't expect to get much sleep with all the stomping around The suites are cheaply made and hearing neighbors footsteps drove me away Sharing washersdryers with 12 people is its own battle they never work and maintenance hardly ever shows up when asked Even if I don't have disabilities this place isn't very wheelchairfriendly people had difficulty getting off the curb or up to their buildings same with enteringexiting underground parking Plus seeing mothersfathers having to take their kids updown stairs was disheartening Its the little things that pushed me out of thereIm so glad I left And if a family member or friend comes over Good luck finding them parkingtenants usually hog spots or those who can afford 2 an hour don't even bother paying for it Parking enforcement Yeah right most spaces were taken due to construction anyway A crazy man would drive at 80 kmh around the complex every 10 minutes blaring music which couldve been dangerous considering how many children more ... hide ...
