We rented the unit Lower Serenity for October to December 2020 being two professionals who needed a quiet place to work remotely due to Covid When moving in the cleanliness was not as expected we found mice droppings in various places and there were live bees flying around even dead ones on the ground additionally spiders webs and bugs were present We spoke 2022-09-23T17:02:17Z
We rented the unit Lower Serenity for October to December 2020 being two professionals who needed a quiet place to work remotely due to Covid When moving in the cleanliness was not as expected we found mice droppings in various places and there were live bees flying around even dead ones on the ground additionally spiders webs and bugs were present We spoke with Samantha the owner who was nice but didnt seem surprised by it all and suggested putting a bee trap on the building Nevertheless live bees continued coming into our apartment for over a month A mouse also began eating our food at night so we put traps around The microwave was too old that we had to buy our own furthermore our unit shared a wall with an unsealed door leading to the garage which would bring in gasoline smell during windy weatherwe reported this issue but nothing changed One day when there were power outages in that region we ended up without running water unable to flush toilets either To add onto it all soundproofing seemed nonexistent as loud noises from upstairs neighbors like a child running and playing ball early mornings or regular screaming would occur however when mentioning this problem multiple times to Samantha it only improved slightly if at all After two months of having enough of all this hassle even though third months rent was paid ahead of time but not refunded due to us having discount because off season we decided leaving anyway wasnt more ... hide ...
