My experience living in a Cowperthwaite Apartment was the absolute worst ever From loud neighbors to wind coming through the walls and windows during winter to pipes freezing nothing was taken seriously On top of that there was an infestation of COCKROACHES For five months the company did almost nothing about it and even tried to put the blame on us tenants 2022-10-24T09:32:18Z

To counter the 1star reviews Ill give them a 5 We have been in one of their apartments for six months and plan to keep our lease beyond that The service and maintenance are free and done on time anytime something needs repaired they come over quickly My prior apartment required me to continually bother my landlord for repairs here it is not necessary All in 2022-10-24T10:02:19Z
