My experience living in a Cowperthwaite Apartment was the absolute worst ever. From loud neighbors, to wind coming through the walls and windows during winter, to pipes freezing; nothing was taken seriously. On top of that, there was an infestation of COCKROACHES. For five months the company did almost nothing about it and even tried to put the blame on us tenants! It wasn't until more people started complaining that they finally decided to investigate. This company is by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever encountered!
