To counter the 1-star reviews, I'll give them a 5. We have been in one of their apartments for six months and plan to keep our lease beyond that. The service and maintenance are free and done on time; anytime something needs repaired, they come over quickly. My prior apartment required me to continually bother my landlord for repairs; here it is not necessary. All in all, the apartments are nice with good upkeep - recommend!
