This building constructed in the mid 70s is one of the oldest highrise buildings in the area It features stairs from A and B level parking spots with A level being up the stairs and B level down There are no automatic doors for those in wheelchairs but there is a small ramp at the back for access to an above ground parking lot and playground sitting area Pa 2022-10-07T04:32:17Z
This building constructed in the mid 70s is one of the oldest highrise buildings in the area It features stairs from A and B level parking spots with A level being up the stairs and B level down There are no automatic doors for those in wheelchairs but there is a small ramp at the back for access to an above ground parking lot and playground sitting area Parking lots are also located on both sides of the building I have lived here for 10 years along with living at Lakeshore and Royal York as well as Lakeshore and Lorne Park however Port credit proves to be an excellent place to live and play The building has many amenities such as a pharmacy plus variety store dentist hair salon cellphone shop and cyropractor massage clinic The laundry room is large and easy to use on second floor just off elevator on left side The management team is great while all staff are exceptionally helpful and polite furthering that this area is well maintained kept very clean with many units completely renovated offering great views of Toronto skyline from front or Credit River valley from back very scenic As a result this area provides plenty of activities yet remains safe due to its community watching out for each other which I love about Port credit If you enjoyed my review please leave positive feedback while checking out my other reviewsphotos too God bless stay safe enjoy life more ... hide ...

Ive been living in this area for five years and I have had a great experience overall The walls are thick enough to block out most neighbor noise apart from the front door The balcony doors are quite effective in blocking sound as well Property management is amazing and the board has done an exceptional job both before and during the pandemic The personnel like cleaners super and security are all friendly say hi and do their job well what else can you ask for While its true that there can be issues with two elevators being out of order during peak hours if three then its a disaster this is pretty normal for buildings with 48 floors they get so much use that they move really quickly even if one or two arent working Regarding amenities I don't use them often but theyre nice enough when needed There are some parks nearby Dobkin Park has a neat little pathway through forests as well as a stream T T is within walking distance plus there is an abundance of food options close by too You can also take your bike to Riverwood ConservancyErindale or Mississauga Valley if you want I have walked to Square One a few times already its quite walkable considering this part of Mississauga will only improve in the future particularly since gas prices are currently at 2 per gallon more ... hide ...
