2023-02-13T06:30:03ZI have had the delight of living in two different apartments in this building by preference for more than 8 years. The 3 bedrooms are quite capacious with incredible huge balconies. The building is routinely kept up, and is presently overseen by an incredibly skilled and prompt Property Manager, Julie. It is not common to find a Property Manager who is so friendly and amiable in rental properties these days. It's situated in an excellent area that's tranquil, at the end of a street, and right beside a stunning walkable ravine - making it worth considering when there are flats available.
