Living at 120 Cherryhill Place for more than 3 years, I cannot wait to leave. Problem #1 is an extreme infestation of cockroaches, and has become worse since September 2022. The new management have not taken any action in the apartments, but are instead upgrading the fiber optic in the building (presumably to increase the rent). Problem #2 is that it is a smoking building and tenants are required to smoke only inside their apartments; as a result, smoke infiltrates shared areas and poorly ventilated apartments. Lastly, problem #3: parcels left at your door by delivery services are very likely to be stolen.
