I would advise against living here at all costs My car was broken into three times and even though I reported it to management all they did was up security which I never saw Additionally theres a hole in the chain link fence that people use to get into the resident parking lot The damage done to my car was in the thousands not counting what was stolen To add 2022-09-17T08:02:17Z
I would advise against living here at all costs My car was broken into three times and even though I reported it to management all they did was up security which I never saw Additionally theres a hole in the chain link fence that people use to get into the resident parking lot The damage done to my car was in the thousands not counting what was stolen To add on the management is horrible there were multiple occasions when we went downstairs to see them but they werent there as they never answered their phones Issues took weeks to resolve and air conditioning wasnt working most of the time we were living there our sink broke for over a week and no aid came as it was considered a lowtomedium issue Even when we decided to move out management made it almost impossible due to their strict regulations regarding using the elevator only during an 84 window on weekdays when both my roommate and I worked during those hours Its been 7 months since moving out yet Im still calling about mail sent there Ive called 14 times already over two days during office hours but still no answer The rooftop patio looked terrible with broken BBQs TVs not working either plus an old gym with barelyfunctioning cable machines missing weights and no AC If possible Id give negative stars for this property with its awful amenities and dreadful management team more ... hide ...

Owned and run by Avenue Living Capital Towers is absolutely filthy It has a major bed bug infestation which I have been fighting for nine months now The maintenance man bald guy is particularly rude to me and other tenants often using coarse language to get his way I have kept all the letters and notices from the management as proof that this place is infest 2022-09-29T06:02:18Z
Owned and run by Avenue Living Capital Towers is absolutely filthy It has a major bed bug infestation which I have been fighting for nine months now The maintenance man bald guy is particularly rude to me and other tenants often using coarse language to get his way I have kept all the letters and notices from the management as proof that this place is infested with bed bugs they post these on our doors a day or two before AHS shows up for inspections I would strongly advise anyone thinking of moving here to reconsider there are abusive staff poor management its always dirty and theres even been blood stains on the elevator panel for almost a week now When multiple complaints are sent to head office in Calgary nobody calls back or responds they don't care about residents issues and will only pretend to fix something right before AHS comes in for an inspection more ... hide ...

The Avalon Court rental apartment building is a wonderful place to call home It is well kept and managed with an outstanding property manager Pam who recently assisted me in obtaining a new rental unit She showed me multiple options before I finally signed the lease but then I changed my mind and asked for a different unit on the second floor facing a certain direction She did not hesitate to help me switch units and rewrite the lease accordingly she even helped with my early move request The property management team is incredibly friendly and accommodating thank you Pam for your great aid Highly recommended as a rental apartment more ... hide ...
