2023-01-23T00:00:04ZOwned and run by Avenue Living, Capital Towers is absolutely filthy. It has a major bed bug infestation which I have been fighting for nine months now. The maintenance man (bald guy) is particularly rude to me and other tenants, often using coarse language to get his way. I have kept all the letters and notices from the management as proof that this place is infested with bed bugs; they post these on our doors a day or two before AHS shows up for inspections. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of moving here to reconsider; there are abusive staff, poor management, it's always dirty, and there's even been blood stains on the elevator panel for almost a week now! When multiple complaints are sent to head office in Calgary nobody calls back or responds - they don't care about residents' issues and will only pretend to fix something right before AHS comes in for an inspection.
