I have been living in my suite at Crystallina Apartments since the start of this year and I can honestly say that it has been a great decision The location is ideal it is situated in a modern city building only three years old yet close to major roads that connect to other parts of the city There are also many amenities available such as parking both underground and surface a community building with books and games a gym and even a garden The suite itself is welldesigned with modern finishings and no wasted space Even the bedrooms are nicely sized the master bedroom fits my queen bed along with night stands and chest dresser comfortably something I could never do in any other complex before To top it all off theres an amazing Community Leader named Brittany who runs the place efficiently while still being friendly All in all I highly recommend Crystallina Apartments for anyone looking for somewhere to stay Im really glad I chose this as my home more ... hide ...

Ive been living in one of the handiadapted units at Parkdale since 2014 The building is wheelchair accessible but my own suite has a big heavy door that can be challenging to open alone This is subsidized housing through Capital Region Housing and theyre the first place to apply if interested there are many different sized apartments available with balconie 2022-09-17T08:32:17Z
Ive been living in one of the handiadapted units at Parkdale since 2014 The building is wheelchair accessible but my own suite has a big heavy door that can be challenging to open alone This is subsidized housing through Capital Region Housing and theyre the first place to apply if interested there are many different sized apartments available with balconies too and small pets are allowed with an extra fee on your security deposit as well as an additional monthly parking feeThe neighborhood may not be great but theres a solid security system and everyone follows the rule of not letting strangers into the building My neighbors who come from various backgrounds have always been friendly and helpful especially when Im disabled as theyll assist me with doors or carrying bags or even holding elevators Theres also a washerdryer on every floor which you can top up money in at a machine on the first floor though it can get busy so I tend to take my laundry to nearby laundromats for multiple loads at once Theres plenty of places near by such as SaveonFoods which is one block away Dollar Store Haircuts McDonalds Little Caesars Pizza etc plus Safeway Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkdale Square strip mall too Plus Burger Baron for some great burgers milkshakes all year round And if youre into sports then youll love being close by for more ... hide ...

Do not rent with Mainstreet Read the reviews this company needs to be put out of business Management is unresponsive and rude they have a new resident manager every month and it only gets worse from there The buildings are not well kept full of roaches and bed bugs fumigated 20 times on our floor alone within 8 months The secured entrance is actually a joke 2022-09-06T02:02:17Z
Do not rent with Mainstreet Read the reviews this company needs to be put out of business Management is unresponsive and rude they have a new resident manager every month and it only gets worse from there The buildings are not well kept full of roaches and bed bugs fumigated 20 times on our floor alone within 8 months The secured entrance is actually a joke as homeless people sleep in the entrance and do drugsgraffiti on the walls Mainstreet tries to scrub off graffiti but thats all they do about it vacuuming the hallways is all they do for cleaning Plus theres a hole in the laundry room wall since before we moved in April 2017 dryers leave clothes wet washers smell moldy so we don't even wash at home anymore Don't be fooled by how it looks during showings once you move in youll notice things falling apart crawling in walls calls for help will just be referred back to resident manager or office with no results Even if your suite condition is okay there are still problems like doors crookedfalling off hinges stove elements broken since moving day 8 months ago ice 2 thick on windows freezing us inside When management does come into building its only for their own purposes with inaccurate notices posted twice already we had long weekends without hot water 4 days Good Friday Thanksgiving We were even towed over an unauthorized vehicle while ours had more ... hide ...
