    The Avalon Court rental apartment building is a wonderful place to call home. It is well kept and managed, with an outstanding property manager, Pam, who recently assisted me in obtaining a new rental unit. She showed me multiple options before I finally signed the lease, but then I changed my mind and asked for a different unit on the second floor facing a certain direction. She did not hesitate to help me switch units and rewrite the lease accordingly; she even helped with my early move request! The property management team is incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you Pam for your great aid! Highly recommended as a rental apartment!

    My partner and I stayed in this residence for a bit over 3 years, and my experiences with the management staff (Christine or Pam) usually left me with a grin. They are really great folks who care and are very helpful. There is consistently a smile on their faces (especially if you bring baked goods)! The flats themselves are modern and nice, the building is always neat, and any issues you may have (maintenance or otherwise) will be taken care of quickly. We moved out as we needed more space, but I am going to miss living there significantly. All in all, it was an excellent place to live.

    Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great
