This building is far from luxurious and has major flooding and maintenance issues. Pipes break almost monthly, flooding the apartments and parking garage areas, while even units on higher floors experience weekly floods when no one is home. The dishwasher floods the kitchen every time it's used; requests for repair are taken care of by a third-party company in an inadequate manner or not at all. Management doesn't care, office staff are immature and unprofessional, and vinyl wood flooring warps due to water damage. In conclusion: terrible building with a terrible experience; I would not recommend this place to anyone – zero stars if I could.

I would advise against living here at all costs. My car was broken into three times and even though I reported it to management, all they did was "up security", which I never saw. Additionally, there's a hole in the chain link fence that people use to get into the resident parking lot. The damage done to my car was in the thousands (not counting what was stolen). To add on, the management is horrible; there were multiple occasions when we went downstairs to see them but they weren't there as they never answered their phones. Issues took weeks to resolve and air conditioning wasn't working most of the time we were living there - our sink broke for over a week and no aid came as it was considered a "low-to-medium issue". Even when we decided to move out, management made it almost impossible due to their strict regulations regarding using the elevator only during an 8-4 window on weekdays - when both my roommate and I worked during those hours! It's been 7 months since moving out yet I'm still calling about mail sent there; I've called 14 times already over two days during office hours but still no answer. The rooftop patio looked terrible with broken BBQs, TVs not working either, plus an old gym with barely-functioning cable machine I would advise against living here at all costs.
