My fianc and I had an enjoyable stay here in our apartment At the end of the month we will be relocating however when we were searching for a place to rent last year this was by far the best one that we saw The building is cleaned regularly with a pleasant smell in the elevator and wellmaintained washerdryer units The staff particularly the landlady was very friendly and welcoming I would bump into her sometimes and she would always ask how things were going Although there were several positive aspects of our stay here some issues made it less than ideal for us primarily due to cost as it was expensive for its size with my fianc and me plus our babycat occupying it Additionally during wintertime it can get too hot inside since theres a sensor on top of the building which makes everything hotter when outside temperatures decrease even with an open window at 20 outside my babys room could still reach 30C There is no assigned parking either so if my fianc finished late at night he had to park way on the other side in visitors parking which is especially troublesome during wintertime Lastly another challenge posed by this apartment was its slow elevator within the building itself Despite these four issues that didnt work out for us this location has many advantages including being close to everything else making it decent overall if you can manage those problems mentioned above more ... hide ...

Iris Janzen is extremely disappointed in Brigil and the Baseline Project In May 2021 her 85 year old mother showed interest in moving into the luxurious accommodations geared to the 55 age group The sales representative confidently assured her that it would be ready for November 1st but this did not come to pass instead occupancy wasnt possible until December 8th after multiple delays and false promises When they arrived the unit was still unfinished and filthy with many features like closet doors being laughable due to their impracticality Gilles Desjardins should be ashamed of how poorly this situation has been handled as there have been long wait times for elevators and few amenities while her mothers health has suffered greatly throughout all of this To add insult to injury Brigil has broken the lease agreement while still trying to nickelanddime her despite their own failings more ... hide ...

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2022-10-31T16:32:17Z
