I had the pleasure of living in this building for six years and found both the management and other tenants to be very friendly Soundproofing between apartments was satisfactory I have no grievances whatsoever even though these apartments are not luxurious theyre clean and cozy The only possible downside is that there is no insuite laundry additionally the 2022-09-26T05:32:16Z

Since Ive moved here only five months ago this is what Ive encountered My penthouse suite is always hot and the AC broke down resulting in leakage from the ceiling onto my closet items Mold covered many of my things and it took maintenance two months to repair it From May to September our balcony was under construction so we couldnt use it all summer Mainten 2022-10-02T19:32:17Z
Since Ive moved here only five months ago this is what Ive encountered My penthouse suite is always hot and the AC broke down resulting in leakage from the ceiling onto my closet items Mold covered many of my things and it took maintenance two months to repair it From May to September our balcony was under construction so we couldnt use it all summer Maintenance personnel come in whenever they want one time I came out of my room to find a maintenance person in my hallway The pool is renovated annually so we couldnt take advantage of that either Every amenity that we paid for was taken away from us this summer with no decrease in rent either Although the suites are nice thick walls keep me from hearing neighbors and underground parking for 50 a month thats how these apartments get their three stars more ... hide ...

Living there from 20172018 was a pleasant experience due to the closeness of the schools The apartments were sizeable and attractive however cockroaches were a common problem but luckily the landlord provided traps for them During the evening hours 6pm9pm you could observe children engaged in soccer and having a great time at the parks Despite my fondness fo 2022-10-13T09:02:19Z

The area is sketchy and dangerous our vehicles were broken into three times in six months I witnessed someone pepperspraying four people outside the property and there was even a home invasionsuicide in one of the units nearby Management lied to us about having two parking stalls with power that we could see from our unit which was a major selling point for 2022-09-12T15:32:17Z
The area is sketchy and dangerous our vehicles were broken into three times in six months I witnessed someone pepperspraying four people outside the property and there was even a home invasionsuicide in one of the units nearby Management lied to us about having two parking stalls with power that we could see from our unit which was a major selling point for us when we asked for it to be put on the lease they said no need as its free but then told us we couldnt park there They ignored our requests for months until we interrupted them multiple times before finally getting no resolution The parking lots are not cleared adequately so finding a spot is difficult homeless people rummage through the trash and spread it around too Our unit was very old five water leaks occurred two from sewage from an adjacent unit dead bugs were kept in jars left by previous tenants vents were full of debris that had been there probably years until we asked for them to be cleaned also no lights except kitchen and bathroom as well as poor ventilation in bathroom which had a window in bathtub so covered with frosted glass Avoid this rental they are slumlords copy paste responses saying they couldnt find me as resident showed their lack of concern about negative experience since 250 units can easily be filled due to rent incentives and inexpensive area more ... hide ...
