I had the pleasure of living in this building for six years and found both the management and other tenants to be very friendly. Soundproofing between apartments was satisfactory. I have no grievances whatsoever - even though these apartments are not luxurious, they're clean and cozy. The only possible downside is that there is no in-suite laundry; additionally, the water heaters are on the small side if you like lengthy showers. If you can handle those two characteristics however, I would highly recommend getting a two bedroom unit - you won't regret it!
