The units are roomy and updated so there arent any issues with bugs and the furnaceair conditioner works great with humidity control The counter space is great water pressureheat is good and balcony privacy is solid in each unit Amenities are nice with a free gym and rec room that has a billiard table Stores are close by which makes it very convenient The management team is friendly and helpful when they can be This place has been enjoyable to live in but here are some things to consider this being my first apartment garbagemulch sometimes blows into the parking lot parking costs a lot deliveries can be mixed up due to having both building A B 48hour notice or end of week notices for checkins pet owners not always being courteous no space for barbecuing pricey rent but thats expected crossing the roundabout on foot as cars go fast on this road 70 km without stopping may be intimidating taking ones car would be safer if going across the road for groceries management often doesnt respond to email or isn't in the office but they do answer phone calls quickly and helpfully just be prepared to make phone calls if theres an issue Although these issues don't happen frequently I wish I had known before deciding to live here however overall Im still content living here more ... hide ...
