I am a long-term resident of this address, having lived here for 29 years come December. I'm delighted to report that the common area windows have been washed for the first time in eight years or more. Lila and Jay are now taking good care of the residence, tending to the grounds and removing underbrush. I no longer need to make excuses about the poor condition of the building when friends and family visit - thank goodness for these upgrades and new superintendents! - Lorna Menzies
