Living in that awful place for three months was a nightmare My wife and I were subjected to the inconsiderate stomping of the guy upstairs day and night making our apartment shake The continuous noise caused her immense distress with tears being shed often He even seemed to move furniture around daily with loud thuds accompanying his relentless movements Whe 2022-10-22T03:32:18Z
Living in that awful place for three months was a nightmare My wife and I were subjected to the inconsiderate stomping of the guy upstairs day and night making our apartment shake The continuous noise caused her immense distress with tears being shed often He even seemed to move furniture around daily with loud thuds accompanying his relentless movements When we reported it to the building manager he dismissed us saying this kind of intrusion was expected in normal living situations It was too bad because otherwise the apartment itself was not bad however it became unbearable due to all that noise We had no other choice than to find a new home far away from that lowgrade building filled with sound pollution more ... hide ...

I cannot praise this rental building enough but I will try to explain why The location is fabulous nearby to a major highway full of amenities in the plaza behind and within a 10 minute walk to other stores such as Walmart The building is clean and wellmaintained with regular cleaners and landscaping Maintenance or repairs are done quickly by a maintenance worker when needed Jennifer the leasing manager is amazing she always answers my questions promptly and is incredibly friendly creating an inviting community atmosphere Assigned parking in the garage along with visitor parking in the lot or onroad makes accessing the building easy My unit has a great layout with plenty of outlets plus a walkin closet and storage space features that are standard for most units here The balcony size is great too soundproofing has been successful as I rarely hear from my neighbours although some noise from upstairs occasionally All things considered I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent more ... hide ...

I cannot suggest this building to anyone as a former tenant the management is poor and requests for repairs never get addressed The new management is hostile and has tried to establish an oppressive system such as forcing tenants to buy home insurance or face eviction which is illegal under lease terms The janitor posts intimidating notices every couple of w 2022-10-07T19:02:17Z
I cannot suggest this building to anyone as a former tenant the management is poor and requests for repairs never get addressed The new management is hostile and has tried to establish an oppressive system such as forcing tenants to buy home insurance or face eviction which is illegal under lease terms The janitor posts intimidating notices every couple of weeks about throwing away items in the bins and now theyre leaving notes on parked cars with personal belongings that they should be removed or else theyll be disposed of Despite their attempts at appearing tough its really just a feeble attempt at managing the building I would highly advise not living here more ... hide ...
