We had our hearts set on renting a beautiful property managed by an unreliable team starting June 1st After taking a tour with Leanne Munro and getting approval for our dogs we sent in an application and kept trying to contact her to move things along We were given some options but then they told us nothing was available until July which messed up all of our 2022-10-31T07:02:19Z

This apartment complex is not a great place to live The only advantage is that its dogfriendly but for the same price you could find better rentals My rental unit had a smelly closet and when I mentioned this to management on the first day they told me they couldnt change it Moreover both elevators rarely work due to Covid I wanted to break my lease and go h 2022-10-13T22:32:18Z
This apartment complex is not a great place to live The only advantage is that its dogfriendly but for the same price you could find better rentals My rental unit had a smelly closet and when I mentioned this to management on the first day they told me they couldnt change it Moreover both elevators rarely work due to Covid I wanted to break my lease and go home early however management said there was no way out of it Eventually one of the other building managers suggested that I just sign some document and be done with my leaseby then it was almost over anyway To sum up avoid this place at all costs due to its dishonesty in dealing with customers more ... hide ...

My experience at Elbow Tower was mostly positive It had a great position near the bike path close to the train station parks and shops The other tenants were usually pleasant in the elevator Yet as is typical of any good location there are some drawbacks due to its age small liftsparking space and a lack of builtin laundry or dishwasher During summer months 2022-11-01T05:02:20Z

If you choose to live here be prepared to take care of any urgent matters yourself or wait a long time for maintenance to get around to them Maintenance has been slow at fixing things when I moved in I reported some water marks on the ceiling but despite assurances that it was taken care of now that the snow is melting I have had to empty 610 buckets of wat 2022-10-14T13:02:19Z
If you choose to live here be prepared to take care of any urgent matters yourself or wait a long time for maintenance to get around to them Maintenance has been slow at fixing things when I moved in I reported some water marks on the ceiling but despite assurances that it was taken care of now that the snow is melting I have had to empty 610 buckets of water daily from 6 different spots Other tenants have experienced the same issue and parking lot hasnt been plowed for days after a big snowstormThe only real benefits are Fish Creek Park behind the units and seeing deer and rabbits on the front lawn each night so beautiful In my opinion though all these issues over the 7 months Ive lived here don't make up for this lovely view Plus one neighbors home has been overrun with mice All in all not worth it DONT RESIDE HERE more ... hide ...
