2023-02-07T12:30:03ZMy father, who is 55+, moved into the building with his partner as soon as it was occupied. He resides on the third floor and the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything from the neighbors above, and from neighboring units - footsteps, noises etc. The management company does not respond to any of his issues via phone or email. Furthermore, many things are still unfinished in terms of construction when he moved in. The management company makes lots of empty promises that they have no intention to keep! Since my dad has been living there, he has been very discontent and simply wants this one-year rental contract to be up already. We strongly advise everyone not to rent here or any other buildings managed by AC LIVING!
