Its best to ignore the unfavorable reviews These people clearly do not understand what it means to live in comfort and luxury My review will be divided into three sections for those who want a more precise evaluation of each areaSuite I rented the single suite and for one person it is ideal and very pleasant The most advantageous feature is that all of the rooms are connected the bedroom links to a closet then to a bathroom back to the living room which makes getting ready easy Also there was an alreadyinstalled TELUS wifi system so no timeconsuming appointment with a technician was necessary The view from UPTEN is stunning too All appliances are new and simple to use theyre highquality items from JJ Theres adequate room for storage as well as either a queen or full bed in the main bedroom A couple of things I would improve on are that the walkin closet might be too large if youre only one person but it isn't anything Im complaining about Another thing is that walls are not soundproof enough considering this condo allows pets and there can be several dogs around stronger insulation along with better soundproofing would have been great but it doesnt cause too much trouble overall in my opinion Being petfriendly is definitely an advantage since many downtown condos are not pet friendly at allManagementConcierge After comparing notes with some friends I can more ... hide ...

Rocky Mountain Court is an excellent choice for a rental experience with its advantageous location plentiful parking and amenities and friendly landlords neighbors and staff You will find laundry facilities on each floor of the secure building Furthermore its prices are competitive when compared to other Calgary units It is situated close to both Ctrain lines as well as Superstore Tim Hortons 15 it also allows pets and has great internet service In my opinion this is the best renting experience Ive had so far if you work downtown I highly suggest taking a look at one of the available units The only downside is that due to Covid restrictions the pool and gym are closed however thats not because of Rocky Mountain Court itself more ... hide ...

When I moved in to my apartment in October 2020 everything was great until the new year when the building started to become more occupied This caused a lot of noise due to the wooden structure of the building There was also an issue with parking I had been promised street parking when signing my lease however this has not been true As a result I have receive 2022-10-15T22:02:18Z
When I moved in to my apartment in October 2020 everything was great until the new year when the building started to become more occupied This caused a lot of noise due to the wooden structure of the building There was also an issue with parking I had been promised street parking when signing my lease however this has not been true As a result I have received multiple tickets from the city our apartment is not qualified for permit parking which wasnt disclosed prior to me renting totalling over 200 When discussing these issues with management they said that as long as it was authorized by them I would never be towed however this morning my car was taken away despite their assurance and no response from them when expressing how unsafe it made me feel walking late at night back to my apartment after having to park far away This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed more ... hide ...

I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star for this buildings management as they are moneyhungry and immoral They are aware of the bedbug and mouse infestations yet they still try to rent it out because all they care about is profit If you move in be ready to be kicked out due to madeup reasons as the place isn't fixed properly They also hire people from in 2022-11-04T06:32:18Z
