My experience at Elbow Tower was mostly positive. It had a great position near the bike path, close to the train station, parks and shops. The other tenants were usually pleasant in the elevator. Yet, as is typical of any good location, there are some drawbacks due to its age: small lifts/parking space and a lack of built-in laundry or dishwasher. During summer months noise from outside can be greater and it is pet-friendly too. In my experience though, the staff onsite did everything they could in view of the building's age and size; they were always friendly when I required maintenance for my suite. Moreover, if anything occurred that affected all residents then notices would be posted up quickly in communal areas. All things considered I'd recommend this place for anyone searching for a fine spot close to everything but not too expensive; if it weren't for my current situation I would still be renting here.

Previously, Boardwalk managed this building and it was a great place to live; with onsite representation, diligent maintenance and cleaning staff, and 24 hour security. Furthermore, the entire staff was very friendly. Unfortunately when FirstService Residential purchased it, the building has gone downhill quickly. Security is no longer available 24/7 and there are limited security measures such as needing fobs to enter the front door. On top of that, there is no onsite representation anymore and they have been unresponsive to inquiries or requests. The building has become untidy too- particularly in garbage and laundry facilities- so living here is not enjoyable anymore; I am now searching for other rentals.
