For the past eighteen months, this building and its personnel have been our home. If you're searching for somewhere to stay, it's a great option since their rental costs are lower than those of downtown locations. The staff - from the building manager to maintenance staff - as well as on-site administrative support have all been excellent. There isn't concierge service, but every employee knows each tenant. We'd love to continue working with Homestead (the Management Company), which is why we're leaving Calgary; only because of how much we appreciated Birkenshaw's team.

This apartment complex is not a great place to live. The only advantage is that it's dog-friendly, but for the same price you could find better rentals. My rental unit had a smelly closet and when I mentioned this to management on the first day, they told me they couldn't change it. Moreover, both elevators rarely work due to Covid I wanted to break my lease and go home early; however, management said there was no way out of it. Eventually one of the other building managers suggested that I just sign some document and be done with my lease--by then it was almost over anyway. To sum up: avoid this place at all costs due to its dishonesty in dealing with customers!
