Im renting from the Hollyburn Apartments in Calgary and I cannot stand the property manager If you have other options I advise against renting from them He does not listen and when I try to discuss issues with him he just keeps saying no He acts like a professional but shows me no respect whatsoever When myself and a friend went to transfer the lease at the 2022-10-04T07:02:17Z
Im renting from the Hollyburn Apartments in Calgary and I cannot stand the property manager If you have other options I advise against renting from them He does not listen and when I try to discuss issues with him he just keeps saying no He acts like a professional but shows me no respect whatsoever When myself and a friend went to transfer the lease at the beginning of my stay another office staff got us to sign it and took my deposit etc but after moving in he suddenly said that it couldnt be transferred and demanded we leave immediately Luckily after agreeing to pay extra each month he allowed me to stay on a monthly basis Later something else occurredhe kept threatening me saying what Id done was illegal However when consulting Albertas Landlord Tenant Board they advised nothing illegal had taken place yet this made him yell I don't care repeatedly threaten that police would be called court action takenall of which never happened Its clear his goal is just making money by getting people inout instead of creating a better living experience for tenants Moving out as soon as possible is my plan please think twice about talking with the building manager before deciding if this is somewhere you want to live more ... hide ...

Living here for a year has been an amazing experience I especially appreciate how close it is to the University of Calgary Additionally the staff are very helpful and the amenities are always wellmaintained The apartments have modern appliances and stay clean Its also very affordable so Im sad to leave but want to express my gratitude for Flora specifically 2022-11-04T08:32:18Z

The customer service at this place is awful it took over a week for the manager to look into noise and water issues In my 10 years living there it had a great manager until the last 56 years When I moved into a smaller suite it was extremely dirty and required me to pay 150 to have the carpets professionally cleaned due to all the dog hair in the ovens and s 2022-10-16T01:02:19Z
The customer service at this place is awful it took over a week for the manager to look into noise and water issues In my 10 years living there it had a great manager until the last 56 years When I moved into a smaller suite it was extremely dirty and required me to pay 150 to have the carpets professionally cleaned due to all the dog hair in the ovens and stoves utterly disgusting Upon moving out in November 2020 they charged me 3 hours of cleaning at 50 because they said it wasnt clean enough so that was taken from my deposit cheque which I never received after 10 days as promised This is one of the worst customer services Ive ever experienced find somewhere else The place is noisy dirty with construction going on for a while garbagerecycling trucks throughout day and night plus homeless pushing carts at 2am along with loud neighbors don't bother here more ... hide ...
