The customer service at this place is awful; it took over a week for the manager to look into noise and water issues. In my 10 years living there, it had a great manager until the last 5-6 years. When I moved into a smaller suite, it was extremely dirty and required me to pay $150 to have the carpets professionally cleaned due to all the dog hair in the ovens and stoves - utterly disgusting. Upon moving out in November 2020, they charged me 3 hours of cleaning at $50 because they said it wasn't clean enough, so that was taken from my deposit cheque which I never received after 10 days as promised. This is one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced - find somewhere else! The place is noisy, dirty with construction going on for a while, garbage/recycling trucks throughout day and night plus homeless pushing carts at 2am along with loud neighbors - don't bother here!
