For the past 5 years Ive been residing here and the service was fabulous Im fond of this building as it is close to most amenities However we have recently encountered a cockroach problem which I reported right away to the office There is a hole beneath both the kitchen and bathroom sink that may be where they are coming from When asking for them to cover it 2023-02-13T20:00:03Z
For the past 5 years Ive been residing here and the service was fabulous Im fond of this building as it is close to most amenities However we have recently encountered a cockroach problem which I reported right away to the office There is a hole beneath both the kitchen and bathroom sink that may be where they are coming from When asking for them to cover it up after pest control to prevent reoccurring infestations the lady said that would be considered a major renovation Thus she suggested reporting it again in 6 weeks instead of taking notes down on it Furthermore inquired if there was a chance for us to transfer into another unit with an additional charge for upgrade considering weve taken care well of our unit over these 5 years there will be some wear and tear obviously Requested their head office number but she denied giving me one Despite being fond of this building I feel like management doesnt look out for tenants properly anymore more ... hide ...

My initial apartment living experience was simply the best Although I am saddened to go I will always remember the fond memories made there Malcolm the property manager was extraordinary and promptly fixed any issues that arose Moreover the buildings spot was ideal for our needs it was right in the center but still peaceful The amenities were uptodate and fu 2023-02-14T19:30:03Z

I wanted a positive experience renting but there are some things people should know before deciding The building is not well insulated and the heating system is inadequate in winter I had to buy two heaters and in summer I used four to five fans for air circulation Security was a major problem when going down the stairs to the parkade at any time of day I encountered many people taking drugs in the stairwell or parkade My car was broken into causing more than a thousand dollars worth of damage and they wouldnt let me access camera footage unless I filed a police report even though nobody else could access it either Worse yet was moving out the manager made it very difficulthe changed my moveout date three times even though I paid for an entire months rent he didnt notify me about booking an elevator until three times he tried to have showings during my allotted moveout time slot and he attempted an inspection at 11am which would have interfered with my 9301230 window for moving out probably trying to find something wrong with cleaning so as not to return my deposit The unit itself was nice enough but management made it feel like anything but home so I cannot recommend this building at all more ... hide ...
