I moved here in June and the staff has gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable The neighbors are friendly and there are lots of pets but its still a peaceful atmosphere Facilities staff is great theyre very respectful and good at repairs Im thrilled so far This location is ideal for anyone who needs to transfer from another part of Colorado or another state because you can easily access amenities like King Soopers Whole Foods cafes etc by walking across the street JP and the front office were also really helpful with providing information before signing the lease The grounds look nice kitchen appliances are good too granite countertops with plenty of cabinet space Plus you get a stunning view of the front range from my balcony Smart home features mean no house keys required plus theres an option for garages or reserved parking permits if needed package locker was annoying at first but now I love it since I receive alerts on my phone when packages arrive safely Theres also a storage unit beneath my apartment which costs very reasonably considering all that comes with it air conditioning included which isn't always common A minor issue is that one walkway lamp shines in my room which kept me up at night until I got blackout curtains Deconovo Full Blackout Curtains off Amazon works great Lastly theres some noise from air conditioners during hot days if windows are open while sleeping nothing unbearable though Overall this place should be quiet in winter more ... hide ...

If youre looking for an honest review of my experience here read on The neighbors across the hall kept knocking at our door asking if their bridgecard had been delivered to us and wouldnt leave us alone Then they left their stereo playing loud music for three days when they went away We moved in with a leaking bathtub and broken toilet spraying water all over the place The refrigerator broke too but it was hard to get maintenance to come out in time and all our food spoiled Eventually new fridge was brought in April 2018 despite request being made in November 2017 Rain causes windows to leak and maintenance said lack of funds prevent them from fixing it plus neighbors throw late night parties with unruly children running around the hallways reeking of weed After a storm the hallway roof caved in causing cupboards to leak which now have mold growing on them that maintenance has yet to repair Site managers seem never available when you need them weve had three since moving here and kitchen sink took months before getting fixed To sum it up Id advise looking elsewhere unless this is your only option more ... hide ...

We have lived at this apartment complex for the past two years and we are so relieved to be leaving While it was built in the 1960s you can definitely tell amenities were good back then but now they are outdated with only the stove and microwave being updated We have had countless issues here a few of which include our cars being wrongfully towed three times 350 each time to get it out if they don't pay a loose dog bit me while I was walking to my car the leasing agent Luis said this had happened multiple times but nothing was done a woman who didnt live there threw a rock through our front door and it took nine days for them to replace it leaving the plywood next to the door pipes leak in closets with no action taken paint droppings everywhere we were given a dirty apartment last minute when we were supposed to move into another one six days before moving out they emailed us saying don't worry about cleaning since theyll use our security deposit towards professional cleaners which isn't stated anywhere in their leasing agreement we had bought our own shower head attachment as theirs was terrible during summer months pool is often broken down for weeks and hot tub rarely works due to too much bleach usage ran out of parking passes how is unknown emails once weekly about something wrong with no timeline provided on how long fixing will take grass gets excessively watered every night creating mudslide mornings packages almost always more ... hide ...
