I moved here in June and the staff has gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and there are lots of pets, but it's still a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities staff is great; they're very respectful and good at repairs. I'm thrilled so far! This location is ideal for anyone who needs to transfer from another part of Colorado or another state, because you can easily access amenities like King Soopers, Whole Foods, cafes etc. by walking across the street. JP and the front office were also really helpful with providing information before signing the lease. The grounds look nice, kitchen appliances are good too - granite countertops with plenty of cabinet space! Plus you get a stunning view of the front range from my balcony. Smart home features mean no house keys required, plus there's an option for garages or reserved parking permits if needed; package locker was annoying at first but now I love it since I receive alerts on my phone when packages arrive safely. There's also a storage unit beneath my apartment which costs very reasonably considering all that comes with it - air conditioning included (which isn't always common).
