If you're looking for an honest review of my experience here, read on. The neighbors across the hall kept knocking at our door asking if their bridgecard had been delivered to us and wouldn't leave us alone. Then, they left their stereo playing loud music for three days when they went away. We moved in with a leaking bathtub and broken toilet, spraying water all over the place. The refrigerator broke too but it was hard to get maintenance to come out in time and all our food spoiled. Eventually new fridge was brought in April 2018 despite request being made in November 2017 . Rain causes windows to leak and maintenance said lack of funds prevent them from fixing it; plus neighbors throw late night parties with unruly children running around the hallways reeking of weed. After a storm, the hallway roof caved in causing cupboards to leak which now have mold growing on them that maintenance has yet to repair . Site managers seem never available when you need them (we've had three since moving here) and kitchen sink took months before getting fixed . To sum it up: I'd advise looking elsewhere unless this is your only option.

I just moved in last week and have been dealing with a lot of issues; I'm still waiting on a dishwasher, there was standing water and mold inside when it arrived, the garbage disposal doesn't work and the sink won't drain. The bedroom door, closet door, light fixtures and switch/outlet covers are also missing. Plus there's a loose toilet and I found screws and razors scattered around when I moved in (I have a two year old!). It's impossible to get through to anyone at the front office by telephone; eventually they provided me with a list of repairs that need doing but nothing has been done yet. The rent is very high considering all these problems! Not even mentioning the noisy neighbors...I've had an unopened dishwasher sitting in my living room since April without deciding whether or not to install it - now it's June! And last night something was dropped from upstairs which splattered all over my door - I put in for cleaning but don't expect anything for another three months...Don't move here - this place is absolute trash!
