We have lived at this apartment complex for the past two years and we are so relieved to be leaving While it was built in the 1960s you can definitely tell amenities were good back then but now they are outdated with only the stove and microwave being updated We have had countless issues here a few of which include our cars being wrongfully towed three times 350 each time to get it out if they don't pay a loose dog bit me while I was walking to my car the leasing agent Luis said this had happened multiple times but nothing was done a woman who didnt live there threw a rock through our front door and it took nine days for them to replace it leaving the plywood next to the door pipes leak in closets with no action taken paint droppings everywhere we were given a dirty apartment last minute when we were supposed to move into another one six days before moving out they emailed us saying don't worry about cleaning since theyll use our security deposit towards professional cleaners which isn't stated anywhere in their leasing agreement we had bought our own shower head attachment as theirs was terrible during summer months pool is often broken down for weeks and hot tub rarely works due to too much bleach usage ran out of parking passes how is unknown emails once weekly about something wrong with no timeline provided on how long fixing will take grass gets excessively watered every night creating mudslide mornings packages almost always more ... hide ...

I moved here in June and the staff has gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable The neighbors are friendly and there are lots of pets but its still a peaceful atmosphere Facilities staff is great theyre very respectful and good at repairs Im thrilled so far This location is ideal for anyone who needs to transfer from another part of Colorado or anot 2023-01-11T23:30:02Z
