Visiting this apartment complex is a nightmare The procedure for entering the building is baffling and not userfriendly Accessing the elevators is an ordeal Ive been locked out of various doors leading to the lifts and had to start from scratch again because other residents were coming in and going out at the same time Its like playing a game when youre allo 2022-10-18T10:02:19Z
Visiting this apartment complex is a nightmare The procedure for entering the building is baffling and not userfriendly Accessing the elevators is an ordeal Ive been locked out of various doors leading to the lifts and had to start from scratch again because other residents were coming in and going out at the same time Its like playing a game when youre allowed in you have to hurry before somebody else goes through the door or else its back to square one Additionally theres no convenient parking spot for those who are just dropping something off After two bad experiences delivering here Im steering clear of this place now more ... hide ...

My stay at Apartments R Us on 1158 Yates St this past summer was not a great one It took me three days of driving from Ontario to get there and when I arrived the room wasnt ready so I had to sleep in a hotel My blinds were broken and it took over three months and thirty emailstexts just to get my landlords attention and get them fixed If youre looking for a 2022-09-28T11:02:19Z
My stay at Apartments R Us on 1158 Yates St this past summer was not a great one It took me three days of driving from Ontario to get there and when I arrived the room wasnt ready so I had to sleep in a hotel My blinds were broken and it took over three months and thirty emailstexts just to get my landlords attention and get them fixed If youre looking for a furnished studio apartment that costs over 1500month with cheap IKEA furniture and dollar store kitchen items this is your place The landscaping doesnt seem to be maintained either grass was never cut or flowers watered while all the other apartments in the area had immaculate landscaping On top of that they don't even let you smoke outside or anywhere on the property not even your own balcony On the plus side this apartment is in a great location close to downtown grocery stores pharmacies restaurants etc plus its petfriendly so dogs are allowed which isn't always easy to find in Victoria more ... hide ...

The building itself is decent with its good location and solid construction However Capreits management has been abysmal Our rental unit was not cleaned nor were basic repairs done when we moved in parking spots and storage lockers werent available either Repairs take forever to get done and its like pulling teeth trying to get them finished Additionally the 2022-09-23T04:32:17Z
