When we used to live there it was a very ghettolike environment Our apartment was broken into it seemed like the managers had knowledge on how to manipulate our locks and lift the windows out of their tracks with them still in place laundry from the washers and driers were taken our locked storage unit was broken into frequently with items stolen and even our truck that parked in the secure underground lot had its locks tampered with Additionally water leaked from the outdoor patio into our apartment Christmas time came around and they didnt hire a professional company to fix this issue so we had carpets ripped up all over resulting in no Christmas celebration not even a rent reduction for living under those conditions Despite this though we gained some lifelong friends who resided there too more ... hide ...

This apartment is both roomy and comfortable The neighborhood is usually quite friendly with a few exceptions as is the case in any place and the cost of rent compared to other nearby apartments is great It was updated in 2022 and the resident manager Symantha Harrison has been the best one I have worked with during my time renting here in Korea and within t 2023-03-01T07:30:03Z
