    The building itself is decent, with its good location and solid construction. However, Capreit's management has been abysmal. Our rental unit was not cleaned nor were basic repairs done when we moved in; parking spots and storage lockers weren't available either. Repairs take forever to get done and it's like pulling teeth trying to get them finished. Additionally, the Capreit rep we were dealing with left without a word after just a week of us living there, leaving our attempts at contact unanswered. There have been problems with appliances that are still unresolved after months of waiting for solutions. To make matters worse, today I took off work for an appointment set by Capreit to paint the walls – but no one showed up or sent any message regarding why they didn't come.
