We have been living in this apartment for 3 years and it has been great The Resident Manager Bartek is incredibly professional and listens to any requests for repairs or other issues Its an amazing place to live because of its proximity to schools malls a Superstore and parks In addition there is plenty of parking space with many visitor spots available The 2022-11-02T23:02:19Z

This area of downtown Vancouver is great to live in its close enough to all the attractions of the city centre yet far enough away that its peaceful Its also conveniently located near the beach and seawall Sabina the landlady is reliable and repairs are usually made quickly I don't know if all the suites have microwaves or not mine didnt but there is a share 2022-11-03T04:02:19Z

For the past two years I have resided in Martello Tower with no problems Its a great building with lots of amenities like 24hour sauna rooms a laundry room and vending machine Even better is the pool its the best Garden Pool in town My brother lived here twenty years ago and many of my friends have too The pool was closed at the start of summer due to renov 2022-09-27T05:02:19Z
For the past two years I have resided in Martello Tower with no problems Its a great building with lots of amenities like 24hour sauna rooms a laundry room and vending machine Even better is the pool its the best Garden Pool in town My brother lived here twenty years ago and many of my friends have too The pool was closed at the start of summer due to renovations on the outer exterior of the building but now that its done its reopened Everyone Ive met has been really friendly here and when Ive talked to management theyve sorted out any issues quickly within a day or two plus Shane is an awesome caretaker who will help with anything you need like putting up mirrors if you just ask him In my opinion Martello Tower is by far the best rental building around and Id recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere new to live more ... hide ...

After living in Beach Towers for sixteen years I can confidently recommend it as a great place to call home The unbeatable location and quick response to maintenance issues are unparalleled The onsite gym hot tub pool and sauna were great until the pandemic caused them to close Im hoping they reopen soon Its also a no smoke anywhere building so smokers have 2022-10-15T08:02:18Z

This property was not worth the price as it did not match the description on the site We paid almost 300 per night yet were let down due to its condition The building and restaurant were unclean and the deck outside was slanted and unstable The beds were outdated with one broken no body wash or hand soap filled with water from a dollar store instead of Rocky 2022-11-03T06:02:19Z
This property was not worth the price as it did not match the description on the site We paid almost 300 per night yet were let down due to its condition The building and restaurant were unclean and the deck outside was slanted and unstable The beds were outdated with one broken no body wash or hand soap filled with water from a dollar store instead of Rocky Mountain soaps thin toilet paper kitchen looked clean until sticky juice spilled in fridge shelves was seen floors never swept up and filthy in between fridge cob webs hung from ceiling cabinets and dresser full of dust thin drapes offered no privacy or darkness for sleep patio doors lacked handles for security when families stayed below sauna not working as they said they would be too busy to fix it I have never left a bad review before but want a refund for this poor quality place more ... hide ...
