We have been living in this apartment for 3 years, and it has been great. The Resident Manager, Bartek, is incredibly professional and listens to any requests for repairs or other issues. It's an amazing place to live because of its proximity to schools, malls, a Superstore and parks. In addition there is plenty of parking space with many visitor spots available. The apartment itself is roomy and quiet with friendly neighbors all around. All in all we would rate the residence 9 out of 10; special recognition goes to Bartek for his exemplary management!
