My experience with the manager of this apartment was extremely unprofessional. I waited for twenty minutes to view a suite, only for the appointment to be cancelled without me being told. The advertisement has since been removed, so I'm presuming it's been rented out. The email I received from them failed to include their name or who they worked for - further demonstrating their rudeness. Therefore, due to the lack of care shown towards prospective tenants, I wouldn't suggest renting here - and won't consider doing so again in future.

For the past two years, I have resided in Martello Tower with no problems. It's a great building with lots of amenities like 24-hour sauna rooms, a laundry room and vending machine. Even better is the pool - it's the best Garden Pool in town! My brother lived here twenty years ago and many of my friends have too. The pool was closed at the start of summer due to renovations on the outer exterior of the building, but now that it's done, it's reopened. Everyone I've met has been really friendly here and when I've talked to management they've sorted out any issues quickly within a day or two; plus Shane is an awesome caretaker who will help with anything you need - like putting up mirrors - if you just ask him! In my opinion, Martello Tower is by far the best rental building around and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere new to live.
