2023-02-26T22:00:05ZThis area of downtown Vancouver is great to live in; it's close enough to all the attractions of the city centre yet far enough away that it's peaceful. It's also conveniently located near the beach and seawall. Sabina, the landlady, is reliable and repairs are usually made quickly. I don't know if all the suites have microwaves or not (mine didn't), but there is a shared laundry room for everyone. Be sure to use a U-lock when leaving your bicycle in the bike locker outside; I used a cable lock before and mine got taken! Lastly, keep in mind that at certain times (chiefly 4/20), people tend to use the back of this building as a toilet.
