Horrible service even before Covid 19 was a factor Understaffed or just uninterested staff members They will text you one minute before closing so when you call back its voicemail no response until the following day and same pattern repeats Representing terrible landlords that battle over any repair needed regardless of necessity We were promised hot water that only worked 3 times a shower took 3 weeks for them to send someone out and the technician said the water tank could have EXPLODED He disconnected power cord temporarily while fixing it we even found a mouse in the furnace which clearly hadnt been serviced since house was built 8 years ago All filters had never been changed furnace vacuum fridge instant water kitchen and walls were disgusting despite being cleaned by Jennifers personal house cleaner she uses for all showings Grease from counter to ceiling with stains throughout renting scarce at time so we signed lease worst mistake ever Valley Realty wont disclose info or downplay issues just to get us in left us high and dry not doing minimum unless threatened with legal action dishwasher broken for weeks because they refused to send plumber to fix garburator which caused leak behind wallspaint damage new renters probably unaware of this To cap off crappy year of living conditions they are trying to keep our full damage deposit for repainting two bedrooms that already needed fresh paintrepairs done more ... hide ...

The units are small but nice Having a gym in the building is great yet the cleanliness depends on its users Gross The units come with a washerdryer combo which is an excellent idea yet unfortunately it rarely gets items dry As most of the apartments are tiny and lack balconies air drying clothes is not a viable option Go to laundromat instead its not worth sacrificing 5 hours and your hydro bill for damp clothes The Concierge service staff members are usually unfriendly and spend their shifts on YouTube phones or gossiping about tenants sometimes even nodding off But if you have no expectations for them to do tasks like accepting packages etc youll be fine I was not informed upon moving in and doubt anyone else will be either so I feel obligated to raise one issue Pest Problems My suite became totally infested with Pharaoh Ants Everywhere there were bait stations as apparently the entire building had been affected by the infestation some worse than others All they did was put out bait stations theres nothing else they can do Nonetheless no bed bugs or cockroaches were spotted Oceanside Suites is suitable for community members who work with said community without judging it however one must remember that this building also houses active drug users dealers and alcohol consumers who occasionally throw parties so its best to mind ones business while being kind to more ... hide ...

Ive been living in Ravenline Estates for almost two years and were among the first ones to arrive It has been a challenging experience with constructionrelated trouble parking problems and neglected building maintenance But when the McCoys became building managers around New Year 2021 the whole environment changed drastically now it is spotlessly clean Matt is often seen vacuuming the lobbies or fixing something while Tara does her best to keep elevator doors shiny They are always willing to lend an ear and heart if you ever have any issues making this place feel like our own neighborhood We are so grateful for their presence theyre a real blessing more ... hide ...
