If you have the chance to live in a Bosa building, don't hesitate! I've been in 180 Switchmen for more than one year; it's peaceful, neighborly and the management staff is extraordinarily helpful. People in the area are friendly and there are plenty of furry friends around. The maintenance crew always gets things done promptly. My unit looks towards the west so it's usually quite cool--on extra hot days though, having an A/C is a must. The rooftop provides a calming atmosphere and if you're throwing a party, you can use their party room! It's conveniently located near several sky trains as well as eateries and breweries. Chinatown and downtown Vancouver are also within walking distance; Granville Street is just a few blocks away too, plus Dragon Boat Festival isn't far off either!
