The units are small but nice! Having a gym in the building is great, yet the cleanliness depends on its users. (Gross) The units come with a washer/dryer combo which is an excellent idea, yet unfortunately it rarely gets items dry. As most of the apartments are tiny and lack balconies, air drying clothes is not a viable option. (Go to laundromat instead - it's not worth sacrificing 5 hours and your hydro bill for damp clothes). The 'Concierge' service staff members are usually unfriendly and spend their shifts on YouTube, phones or gossiping about tenants; sometimes even nodding off. But if you have no expectations for them to do tasks like accepting packages etc., you'll be fine. I was not informed upon moving in and doubt anyone else will be either - so I feel obligated to raise one issue: Pest Problems - My suite became totally infested with Pharaoh Ants! Everywhere there were bait stations, as apparently the entire building had been affected by the infestation; some worse than others. All they did was put out bait stations - there's nothing else they can do. Nonetheless no bed bugs or cockroaches were spotted.
