Horrible service even before Covid 19 was a factor. Understaffed or just uninterested staff members. They will text you one minute before closing, so when you call back, it's voicemail; no response until the following day and same pattern repeats. Representing terrible landlords that battle over any repair needed, regardless of necessity. We were promised hot water that only worked 3 times a shower; took 3 weeks for them to send someone out and the technician said the water tank could have EXPLODED! He disconnected power cord temporarily while fixing it - we even found a mouse in the furnace which clearly hadn't been serviced since house was built 8 years ago. All filters had never been changed (furnace, vacuum, fridge instant water) kitchen and walls were disgusting despite being "cleaned" by Jennifer's personal house cleaner she uses for all showings. Grease from counter to ceiling with stains throughout - renting scarce at time so we signed lease - worst mistake ever! Valley Realty won't disclose info or downplay issues just to get us in; left us high and dry, not doing minimum unless threatened with legal action; dishwasher broken for weeks because they refused to send plumber to fix garburator which caused leak behind walls/p Horrible service even before Covid 19 was a factor.
