For many years my experience at Wincester Court had been great however with new management over the past few years it had gone downhill When I was ready to leave my tenancy the absurdity and deception I encountered was the final straw that led me to write this review In my nine year stay there I never missed a payment or received any complaints from neighbors and although the building was over 50 years old and hadnt been updated in decades I did all of the cleaning requested by a long list of items The manager told me that carpeting and drapes would be taken care of by them yet when I offered to leave early they tried to take nearly all of my deposit for it On inspection day they then charged me 40 for wall cleaningwhich they entered illegally without 24 hour notice so they could tear apart what Id already cleaneddespite being aware before requesting cleaning that it wouldnt be necessary Management refused to provide receipts or let me sign off on expenses later so eventually I agreed just so it would be done with but potential tenants should beware and not believe anything told by the manager as there is no courtesy in return for your own more ... hide ...

We are really impressed with Kylee Wyck Apartments and would heartily suggest it to anyone looking for a rental The building and its amenities are kept up in great shape all gratitude goes to the current manager Trevor Ploughman he is truly incredible Hes always prompt in addressing tenant worries he is professional and he keeps the other occupants informe 2022-10-07T01:32:17Z

Built in the 1960s Willow Gardens is a bit outdated and its common to see silverfishes around the apartment Additionally there have been reports of rat infestations that the current property managers are unfamiliar with handling The area used to have a supermarket shopping mall and library nearby however due to Oakridge mall being under construction for at least a decade these amenities are no longer easily accessible To make matters worse the nearest SkyTrain station and restaurant are 10 minutes away on foot while the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away Despite its drawbacks though this location has an advantage its close to Annie B Jamieson Elementary School which is known for its quality education this makes it popular with families as children can be heard playing outside during summer holidays until 10pm if your apartment overlooks the garden or swimming pool area more ... hide ...

We STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from living in Oakridge Gardens or working with Vancouver Management Ltd We just moved out of this place and it was a complete nightmare Firstly there were mice everywhere and when we complained to the building managers about it they denied it initially Only after speaking to our neighbors did we learn that there was an infestation in the building The management then suggested getting a cat to deal with the problem however pets are not allowed in the complex something that was never mentioned when we first moved in Furthermore the apartments have no soundproofing so you could hear your neighbors talking and even sneezing on either side of your wallThe building managers were also very hard to get a hold of as there is no email contact they don't even have a computer and all communication is done over phone calls We had multiple visits from plumbers without any prior notice due to toilet issues leaking into other units below us When we moved out they charged us an additional 250 cleaning fee despite spending hours cleaning thoroughly apparently we didnt follow some cleaning listprotocol which they never gave us Whats worse is that during our condition inspection they did NOT give us the opportunity to clean further as required by their own Condition Inspection Report rules which state inspections should be conducted with both tenants AND landlords at a mutually agreed time something that NEVER happened hereWe reached out more ... hide ...

We walked into the room to find the kitchen sink gurgling and backing up The advertisement showed a queen size bed yet it was not provided Other guests also confirmed they did not receive one either The deck of the unit had an array of pine needles and weeds scattered all over while the patio chairs were full of ash from someones cigarettes In addition there 2022-10-20T18:02:19Z
