Pros Super friendly and helpful staff straightforward application process pool and gym community events Google Fiber access low cost deposit Apartments are reasonably priced mine is 1100 freshly painted with nice lighting and kitchens Maintenance is quick to respond and valet trashrecycling is convenient Mostly young people live here so its not too familyorientedCons No sidewalks so watch your step some dog owners don't clean up Tub is painted which isn't ideal mine had to be redone due to wear tear use nonbleach cleaning products for it Extra charges such as amenities 10 valet trash 25 pest control 5 water bill from third party Conservice 20 Plus two other trash fees of around 13 on the bill a 35 fee for paying rent online with a card no receipt unless you specifically ask for one Parking might be limited so you might have to walk further than expected 35 car port fee if available While Austin has become expensive overall I still think this place offers safety quietness at a reasonable price more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a year and it never felt like home My unit flooded three times and I didnt get help to fix it until weeks later Some maintenance issues were left unresolved throughout my lease like the pool gate mailboxes and laundry having shortened hours The gym could only be accessed during office hours which was false advertising yet none of this 2022-09-18T08:02:18Z
I have lived here for a year and it never felt like home My unit flooded three times and I didnt get help to fix it until weeks later Some maintenance issues were left unresolved throughout my lease like the pool gate mailboxes and laundry having shortened hours The gym could only be accessed during office hours which was false advertising yet none of this has been discounted from my rent or reimbursed Its clear that the property management doesnt care about their residents at all theyre even raising the rent without giving tenants anything worth that amount of money in return I tried to be patient but eventually felt forgotten about something I don't want others to experience more ... hide ...

On a scale of 05 I would rate this apartment MUST READ as the WORST I have ever leased over the last few years in 6 different states As an easygoing tenant who does not ask for much I encountered various issues with trash service mail delivery parking and more Valet trash service came with its own set of rules that were rarely followed if violated we faced fines of 25 which was understandable However they refused to take our trash multiple times due to a leak from a previous bag despite us informing them about the stain in the hallway but still fined us for leaking bags The main mail room was far away from many buildings and there were package lockers that were out of order for my entire lease period leaving large packages unsecured and no one brought it to our door either Parking was very strict even for guests and our car got brokeninto one night with no response from the apartment about it when we informed them The staff became rude after an argument about fines and acted unprofessionally towards me when I needed them to fill out a form accusing me of forging or lying on it Additionally they randomly surveyed our apartment trying to find issues which felt like targeting on their part demanding we take down porch lights while other apartments had all sorts of items out on their porchbalcony untouched by staff Lastly food deliveries could never find us due to bad apt more ... hide ...
