On a scale of 0/5, I would rate this apartment *MUST READ* as the WORST I have ever leased over the last few years in 6 different states. As an easygoing tenant who does not ask for much, I encountered various issues with trash service, mail delivery, parking and more. Valet trash service came with its own set of rules that were rarely followed; if violated we faced fines of $25 which was understandable. However, they refused to take our trash multiple times due to a leak from a previous bag - despite us informing them about the stain in the hallway – but still fined us for “leaking bags”. The main mail room was far away from many buildings and there were package lockers that were out of order for my entire lease period; leaving large packages unsecured and no one brought it to our door either. Parking was very strict even for guests and our car got broken-into one night with no response from the apartment about it when we informed them. The staff became rude after an argument about fines and acted unprofessionally towards me when I needed them to fill out a form - accusing me of forging or lying on it!
